Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to read and use this website, whatever device, settings or assistive technology they use. This statement explains what we design for and how to tell us about a problem.
Last reviewed: November 2026
01Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website. This is our target, not a certificate. The site has not been independently audited or certified. When we find a problem, we fix it or offer another way to reach the same information.
02What the site offers
- Keyboard access. On the home page the grid is one Tab stop: press Tab to enter it, use the arrow keys to move between tiles, Home and End to jump to the first and last, and Enter to open one. Every other link and control is reached with Tab. Each shows a clear focus ring, and a skip link takes you straight to the main content.
- List view. The list view shows every page on the grid as a plain list of text links, without the moving canvas.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site respects it. Pages open with a short crossfade, and nothing else moves.
- Pause motion. The Pause motion button stops the canvas animation at any time. Select it again to resume.
- Sound off by default. Nothing plays until you choose to turn sound on. The Sound button stays visible and shows whether sound is on or off.
- Readable text. Text colours on our dark background are chosen to meet or exceed the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios.
- Clear structure. Each page has one main heading, a heading for each section, and named navigation areas. Form fields have visible labels, and required fields say so in the label.
03Known limitations
- The canvas is a visual experience. Screen-reader users will find the same pages, in a simpler form, through List view and the main navigation.
- Some images are decorative and have no description, because they add no information.
- On older devices, the canvas may run slowly. Pause motion or List view will help.
04How we check
We test the site with a keyboard alone, at higher zoom levels and on narrow screens, with reduced motion turned on, and with automated accessibility checks. We repeat these checks when we change the site.
05Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us. Email letscreate@squareflowagency.com with the subject “Accessibility”. It helps to include:
- the page address;
- what you were trying to do, and what happened;
- your device, browser and any assistive technology you use.
We read messages Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, Athens time, and reply personally. If you need information from the site in another format, such as plain text by email, ask us and we will send it.
