Professional Website
Professional Website
Good first stepService businesses that need a custom website to explain their offer and receive enquiries.
A designed, developed and tested website with up to six core pages in one language.
- One requirements meeting of up to 60 minutes and an agreed sitemap.
- Custom visual design for the agreed pages, adapted for mobile and desktop.
- Up to six core pages, such as Home, About, Services overview, two service pages and Contact.
- One contact form with up to six agreed fields, spam protection and routing to one inbox.
- Build on the platform or CMS named in your proposal.
- Placement and formatting of approved client-supplied content for the six pages.
- Page titles and meta descriptions for included pages; heading structure, sitemap and indexability checks.
- Basic keyboard, form-label, contrast and responsive checks, plus agreed browser and form tests. This is not a certification of legal compliance.
- Two consolidated design revision rounds before build; one pre-launch check against approved content and scope.
- One remote handover session of up to 60 minutes.
- The shared 30-day post-launch defect support.
What counts as a page? One named content page in the agreed sitemap. Repeated CMS entries, extra languages and new templates are not automatically included in the six-page allowance.
You provide
- Approved text, images, logo files and documents for the six pages, by the dates in your proposal.
- One person who gathers your team’s feedback and approves each stage.
- Access to your domain, any existing hosting and the accounts the site needs to connect to.
- The fields for your contact form and the inbox that should receive messages.
- Any legal texts the site must show, such as your privacy notice and terms.
Priced separately
- Writing or editing copy, translation, photography and video.
- Pages beyond the six core pages, extra languages and new page templates.
- Blog, news or other content collections.
- Booking, payment, membership, newsletter or other third-party integrations.
- Logo and visual identity work.
- Design revisions beyond the two included rounds.
- Hosting, maintenance and content updates after the 30-day support period.
Platform and ongoing costs
The project price covers design and build. Running the website has its own costs, such as the domain name, hosting or a platform plan, paid plugins, font licences and any form or email service. Your proposal lists each one, shows initial and recurring costs separately, and states who holds the account and who pays and renews it. You can host with your own provider or choose Website Care, which includes hosting.
Content-rich / Corporate Websites

Platform and ongoing costs
Content-managed sites often need a paid platform or hosting plan, and some platforms charge for each editor. It also states who holds each account and who pays and renews it. We confirm these costs before development begins.

Platform and ongoing costs
A store has running costs beyond the project price: the e-commerce platform plan, payment-provider transaction fees, paid apps or extensions, the domain, and any shipping or email service. Your proposal lists each cost, shows initial and recurring amounts separately, and states who holds each account and who pays it. Transaction fees are charged by the provider and depend on your sales.
Shared project terms
Your input, revisions, timing, payments, ownership and 30-day launch support are the same for every project.
See the shared project termsThe right technology for the way you work.
Your website needs to work for the people visiting it and the team managing it. We choose the platform around both.
- WordPress
- For content-managed websites with an agreed set of publishing features and integrations. We define the editing setup, hosting, plugin dependencies and ongoing maintenance as part of the proposal.
- Webflow
- For design-led websites with structured content and an agreed editing experience. We identify the required platform plan, subscriptions and any external services before development begins.
- Custom development
- For platforms, workflows and functionality that need a tailored implementation. We define the architecture, administration, deployment, documentation and support scope around the requirements.
- WebGL & interactive experiences
- For projects where real-time graphics, 3D or interaction serve a specific purpose. We agree the assets, devices, performance expectations and alternative access to essential content before production.
- Custom design, on the right platform
- A custom-designed website can be built with WordPress, Webflow or a tailored codebase. Design describes the visual and user experience; the platform describes how the website is built and managed.
- Before you commit
- Your proposal names the recommended platform, the parts your team can edit, account ownership, required subscriptions and maintenance responsibilities. We explain the handover and any practical limits on moving to another platform or provider.
Every website or platform proposal states:
- The platform and the reason for recommending it.
- The pages, content and settings your team can edit.
- Who owns each domain, platform, hosting and connected-service account.
- Hosting, platform plans, paid plugins, licences and usage charges, showing initial and recurring costs separately.
- Who pays and renews each subscription.
- Maintenance responsibilities and the support service, if any.
- Handover deliverables, access and any platform-specific portability limits.
Before you start
Which platform will you use?
We recommend WordPress, Webflow or custom development after reviewing your requirements. The platform, editable areas and recurring costs are listed in your proposal.
Is content included?
Placing your content is included. Writing it is not, unless your proposal says so. You supply the approved text, images and documents for the agreed pages, and we place and format them in the design. We also write the page titles and meta descriptions for included pages. If you need help writing or editing copy, or new photography, we quote it separately before work begins.
Can you build in Greek and English?
Yes. Each offer is priced for one language, so a second language is added to your proposal as a separate item. We agree how the two versions are organised, how visitors switch between them and who supplies each translation. Unless we agree otherwise, translations count as content you provide. We set page titles, descriptions and language settings for search engines in each language.
What happens after launch?
For 30 calendar days after launch, we fix reproducible defects in our delivered work against the agreed scope. You also receive a handover session and the access listed in your proposal. This support is separate from hosting and maintenance. If you want us to keep looking after the site, Website Care covers hosting and routine upkeep. A Digital Partnership gives you monthly time for changes and new work.
