01Who we are

This website, squareflowagency.com, is run by Squareflow Agency Athens, Athens, Greece (“Squareflow”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at letscreate@squareflowagency.com. For a postal address for legal notices, write to us and we will send it.

02Using this website

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site. You may browse, read and share links to the site for your own information and for evaluating our services.

03Information, prices and projects

The site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer that you can accept online. Prices shown are starting prices for the scopes described, in euros and excluding VAT. A project or subscription starts only once we have both agreed a written proposal and agreement. Those documents set the scope, price, payments, schedule and ownership. If they differ from this website, they apply.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms others;
• try to access parts of the site, its servers or its accounts that are not public;
• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or introduce malicious code;
• send automated or bulk messages through the contact form;
• copy or collect the site’s content in bulk with automated tools.

05Our content

The text, designs, images, 3D artwork, animations, code, the Squareflow name and logo, and the Flow character on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to them. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. This applies except where the law allows a specific use, such as quotation.

06Availability

We work to keep the site accurate, up to date and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. We may change, pause or remove any part of it. Some visual features need a recent browser and device. All of the site’s information is also available in the List view.

07Liability

The site is provided for general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that results from relying on the site’s content or from being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.

The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. You may link to our home page or any page of this site, as long as the link is fair and does not suggest a relationship with us that does not exist. Please don’t show our pages inside a frame on another site.
